Beacon of Promise

At the South Bath House on Jenkinson's Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach, "Beacon of Promise" was unveiled in the summer of 2019 as the very first mural in the borough's Paint Point Beach initiative — an ongoing effort to bring public art throughout town. The piece was created by local artist Jill Hawthorne of Jill Da Brush, with support from Point Beach Arts, Jenkinson's Boardwalk, and Jim Inzero Gallery, among others who helped bring the project to life. Hawthorne has also painted "Greetings from Point Pleasant Beach" at the train station and "The Butterfly Effect" at the Stella e Luna and Jim Inzero Gallery.
