Encaustic paintings are surprisingly durable, but the wax surface calls for a little extra care. Avoid hanging the piece in direct sunlight or near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces), as excessive heat can soften the wax. To clean, simply buff the surface gently with a soft, lint-free cloth — no water, solvents, or cleaning products are needed. Minor scratches can often be buffed out; contact me if you'd like guidance or need assistance.

Commissions begin with a conversation about your space, style, and vision — including any inspiration you'd like to share. We will discuss size, color palette, and other necessary details. From there, I develop the piece by hand, incorporating my own artistic perspective while staying true to what you're looking for. You'll see the finished piece before final approval.

Commissioned pieces typically take around 8-10 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

Available paintings can be purchased directly through the gallery — in person, or by reaching out through our Contact page. For larger or commissioned pieces, we'll coordinate details like shipping or local delivery directly with you.

Yes, I ship both locally and nationwide. Because encaustic paintings are sensitive to heat, each piece is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and destination. Local delivery or pickup is also available for buyers in the Point Pleasant Beach area.
